Our client, a leading organization supporting industrial operations, is seeking a Tool Trailer Coordinator to join their team. As a Tool Trailer Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting on-site activities at the Irving Oil Refinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, self-motivation, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tool Trailer Coordinator

Location: Saint John, NB

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Shift: 12-hour shifts, typically 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am (may be adjusted)

What's the Job?

- Manage daily operations of the on-site tool trailer, including issuing and inspecting tools
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Engage with customers, assist with tool supply needs, and provide excellent customer service
- Record and track tools using the Total Control system, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Assist with trailer mobilization at customer sites and maintain the cleanliness and order of the trailer

What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear criminal record (documentation required)
- Knowledge of tools and their applications, with relevant experience in handling power and hand tools
- Valid driver's license; if not available, sign a “Do Not Drive” form before on-site work
- Strong communication skills in English and excellent customer service abilities
- Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
- Steel toe workbooks are mandatory; please confirm if you possess one




- Experience working on Irving sites and ISN ID# (if applicable)
- Class 2 Forklift License is a plus
