+ **Prime Time Hours:**Dedicated weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)—the highest-traffic retail hours to maximize your impact.

+ **Be the Insider**: Gather real-time feedback and competitive insights from the retail floor to help TCL continually stay ahead of the game.
+ **Partner Up for Victory**: Collaborate closely with store management and associates to build a collaborative, high-energy sales workplace.
