We are now hiring a Prep Cook at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep according to Central recipes and quality standards
- Portion, label, and stock ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure the highest level of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area
- Support the kitchen team by keeping ingredients fresh, prepared, and service-ready
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen team

What You've Done:

- 1-2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience
