What You'll Do

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Prepare food to order accurately and consistently during service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and closing duties as needed

What We're Looking For

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (French or Italian cuisine a plus, but we'll train the right person)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality — you show up ready to go
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays




- Food Safety certification an asset (or willingness to obtain)
