Responsibilities
Summary:
The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and operations of enterprise data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems and related technologies.
Serves as the operational and maintenance technical lead for data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems and maximizes operational efficiency.
Provides resolution support for all data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems and operational issues and service requests.
Monitors and maintains data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems performance, security, optimization, and efficiency.
Coordinates IT change management for the data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems. Performs technical support for data centre and cloud hosting and storage systems in projects and other initiatives.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Requires a diploma in computer science or related discipline from a recognized institute of technology, specializing in data centre and cloud hosting and storage infrastructure, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Requires three (3) years previous experience in an information systems environment involving the installation, maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting in support of enterprise data centre and cloud hosting and storage infrastructure. A further period of up to one (1) year on the job is required to become thoroughly familiar with the enterprise architecture plan, BTS policies and standards and associated data centre and cloud hosting and storage technologies and infrastructure components.

We are seeking for 2 IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team!
Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
Work Schedule
37.5 hours per week.
Work Designation
Hybrid
This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.
Rate of Pay
Salary $8,236 - $9,896 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
