We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Person to join our team and help keep our operations running efficiently.

Position Summary

The Shop Person plays an important role in supporting our field crews by maintaining an organized warehouse, preparing materials for upcoming projects, receiving deliveries, and ensuring company vehicles and equipment are stocked and ready for work.

Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries.
- Pick and stage materials for upcoming projects.
- Load and unload company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Deliver materials to job sites when required.
- Coordinate returns, warranty items, and supplier pickups.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided if required).
- Support service technicians and project managers with material requests.
- Perform general shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or mechanical industry is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.60-$25.08 per hour
