Operations Assistant

Who We Are

Snowhawks is Ontario’s premier ski and snowboard school, offering programs for all ages across the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa.

We’re looking for an organized, adaptable Operations Assistant to help keep our seasonal programs and office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client service, clear communication, and solving day-to-day issues in a busy but supportive environment.

What You Bring

· 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, office administration, or program coordination

· Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail

· Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling or booking systems; CampBrain experience is an asset

· Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support a team in a seasonal environment

· Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends





· Able to handle confidential information with discretion and assist with light office/equipment organization as needed

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract Length: 8 months

Opportunity: Possibility of contract extension or full-time employment for the right fit.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M3J 2W6
