What You’ll Do:

As an Industrial Painter, you’ll be responsible for preparing and applying high-performance protective coatings to commercial vehicles, and industrial equipment. Your work ensures a rugged, long-lasting premium finish that meets both customer expectations and Rebel’s high standards. This role demands technical expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques, all performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements. Painters work with a variety of materials and finishes, including primers, urethanes, enamels, and epoxy coatings,



using spray equipment and other specialized tools in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces through masking, priming, sanding, and cleaning.
- Mix and apply coatings using specialized equipment
- Ensure consistent finish, thickness, and coverage across all applications
- Collaborate with production staff to meet project timelines
- Maintain spray equipment and workspace for optimal performance and safety
- Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures

Requirements:

· Experience in industrial spray coating application

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

. Valis NACE Level 2

· Familiarity with spray equipment and surface prep techniques

· Physical ability to perform hands-on, labor-intensive tasks

· Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
