Job Type: Casual to Part-Time

Hours: Approximately 10–25 hours per week, based on business needs and seasonal demand.

Compensation: Starting at CA$20/hour, based on experience.

Work Locations: This position may require working at either our Let's Collect Cards retail shop in Lougheed Town Centre or our operations office in the Brentwood neighbourhood, depending on operational needs.

Availability: Weekday and weekday availability is preferred, with occasional evening.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Let's Collect Cards Hockey is looking for an organized, hardworking, and enthusiastic Retail & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sports cards, collectibles, customer service, or simply enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're already a collector or just looking to learn the hobby, this is an prospect to be part of a fun and growing business that serves collectors across Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

Retail

- Assist customers in-store with purchases and product inquiries
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized sales floor
- Process sales through our POS system
- Fulfilling consignment orders
- Support day-to-day retail operations

Order Fulfillment

- Carefully sort, sleeve, top-load, and package trading cards
- Pick and pack online orders with accuracy
- Prepare shipments and print shipping labels




- Ensure orders are packed safely and professionally
- Assist with inventory organization and stock counts
- Assist in dropping off packages to respective shipping partners

General Operations

- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support live stream operations when needed
- Learn about trading cards and collectible products
- Assist with other day-to-day shop operations

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- Passionate about sports, collectibles, or eager to learn
- Available on weekdays and occasional weekends
- Having a car and a driver’s license will be considered an asset

Bonus Points If You Have

- Retail experience
- Shipping or warehouse experience
- Knowledge of hockey cards, Pokémon, or sports collectibles
- Experience with Whatnot, eBay, or online marketplaces
