Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their parts needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide expert advice on automotive parts, accessories, and maintenance products, utilizing your dealership experience and product knowledge
- Manage inventory levels, process orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Assist customers with cash handling, cashiering duties, and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote relevant products through marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace,



ensuring all parts are properly stored and labeled according to organizational standards
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, order management, and reporting purposes

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred; familiarity with automotive repair is a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and order fulfillment processes
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of automotive parts, maintenance procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting tasks
- Organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and prioritize customer service needs
- Ability to handle cash securely while maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
