Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently using transportation management systems
- Communicate clearly with clients, technicians, and vendors via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming calls, prioritize urgent requests, and provide accurate information to all
- Track shipments, deliveries, and service appointments through shipping & receiving records and data entry processes.
- Utilize analysis skills to optimize routes, improve scheduling workflows,



and enhance overall operational productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely freight movement and inventory management.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in data entry, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with freight management experience.
- Exceptional analysis skills to assess routes, schedules, and operational data for continuous improvement.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear English verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $39,216.12-$50,000.00 per year
