Description

The Barista / Cashier represents the front line and is the face of the bakery. Their key responsibility is to ensure all guests are welcomed and have an exceptional experience by providing courteous, prompt and friendly service.

Responsibilities

· Greet & Serve guests in a friendly and outgoing manner

· Deliver a positive service experience to each and every guest

· Prepare & Serve Hot & Cold Drinks

· Package Baked Goods

· Make menu recommendations, answering questions and share additional information with guests

· Communicate with kitchen and fellow team members area of opportunities

· Clean & Sanitize work areas

· Clean service & seating areas

· Receive stock

· Sweep & Mop Floors, Clean Bathrooms

** Must have Safe Food Handlers Certificate & Smart Serve. Experience with Espresso & Coffee Beverages is an asset.

** Must have Open Availability on Weekends & Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
