About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Afternoon Account Manager / Prepress to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in graphic design, file preparation, or prepress and is looking to grow within the print and packaging industry.

Please note: This is a permanent afternoon shift position (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM). Applicants should be comfortable working these hours on an ongoing basis with a reliable method of transportation.

While previous printing industry experience is an asset, it is not required. We value candidates with strong technical fundamentals and are committed to providing training on our production processes, customer service, production coordination, and print management systems.

What You'll Do

- Review customer artwork and production files for print readiness.
- Prepare, edit, and troubleshoot digital files for production.
- Ensure files meet quality, colour, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with internal production and data teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the workflow.
- Communicate with customers regarding artwork, file requirements, and production timelines.
- Maintain accurate job information within our production management system.
- Support the production team by ensuring jobs are prepared accurately and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Prepress,



or a related field (OCAD University graduates and similar programs are encouraged to apply).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of:
- File preparation for print
- Colour management
- PDF workflows
- Prepress best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn current software and production processes quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow in a collaborative environment.
