Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience with operating CNC machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing workplace.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling routers
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations
- Perform quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools
- Ability to read machine code.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
Experience
- Previous experience in CNC machining is required
- Proficiency in Fusion 360, or AutoCad, and programming is preferred
- Familiarity other wood working machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of machining processes and quality control standards is beneficial
