Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team! In this vital role, you will drive key HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations across our organization. Your expertise in human resources management, talent acquisition, and process improvement will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lumina and Indeed.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication skills.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth initiatives.
- Administer payroll using systems Ceridian ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
- Support change management initiatives by implementing program management strategies that facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.
- Maintain Human Resources Information System data accuracy and generate reports for data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective action and terminations.
- Supervise HR processes related to HR sourcing, negotiation with vendors or candidates, and compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and program management.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated experience supervising HR teams or projects with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian and training & development practices.
- Data analysis skills for collecting and interpreting HR metrics to support strategic planning.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
