Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems both residential and commercial. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will ensure optimal performance of HVAC units, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals,



and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent system failures.
- Support appliance repair tasks related to heating or cooling units as needed.

Requirements

- Trade experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class 5) and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
