Duties

- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing to ensure accuracy and safety
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting medication administration processes
- Manage inventory by stock replenishment, tracking expiration dates, and organizing pharmacy supplies efficiently
- Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and recordkeeping for prescriptions and patient interactions
- Support hospital-based pharmacy operations by coordinating with healthcare professionals and understanding hospital protocols




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medication handling and patient confidentiality
- Help facilitate smooth workflow by managing prescription processing, data entry, and administrative tasks

Experience

- Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly preferred
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare support role is advantageous
- Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism
