Overview

PoolScapes Concrete Design Ltd. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman/woman to lead our crew and oversee projects from start to finish. We specialize heavily in high-quality concrete work and interlocking brick installations, with occasional softscaping elements. ​If you are a proactive leader who thrives on-site, takes pride in sharp craftsmanship, and knows how to keep residential hardscaping projects moving on time and on budget, we want you on our team.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with plans and schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide team operations
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets company standards and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections in office
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers,



and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly
- Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates effectively

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes for concrete and or interlocking brick
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse groups of workers
- Prior experience in managing project timelines, resources, and client communications is highly desirable

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
