- Excellent cooking skills for all stations
- Genuine passion to consistently deliver quality foods along with the ability to suggest dinner specials daily
- Ability to prepare dishes during service in an expedient, coordinated manner while emphasizing flavour, presentation, appearance and freshness of dishes
- Efficiently prepare station in a clean and timely manner
- Restock station at the end of a shift
- Knowledge and adherence to Health, Safety and Sanitation regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good communication skills
- Works well under pressure
