Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who excels in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and well as customer service and shipping online orders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in supporting both in-store and online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming, engaging, and assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and proactive selling techniques
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship online orders in a timely manner




- Assist in online customer service
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Stay informed about product features, new arrivals, and promotions
- Opening and Closing Store Duties

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and online order processing
- Available Weekends
- Full availability September - December
