We are seeking a passionate and reliable Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with students, has strong communication skills, and can effectively teach basketball fundamentals, skills, and team concepts. This position is perfect for someone who wants to help athletes grow both on and off the court.
Responsibilities
- Lead basketball training sessions for players of varying skill levels
- Develop training plans and practice drills
- Teach fundamentals, advanced skills, and basic team strategies
- Ensure a safe training setting and proper equipment use
- Communicate with parents or program coordinators as needed
Requirements
- Previous coaching or basketball training experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adjust teaching methods to meet players’ needs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Coaching certifications, playing experience, or CPR/First Aid certification are a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
