As a Detailing Technician, your primary responsibilities include providing complete detailing services at the ABE office location, at customers homes and at B2B partner’s facilities. You will ensure the continued success and profitability of the Company by promoting the highest detailing and customer service standards.
Detailing experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete detailing services including washing, vacuuming, complete interior and exterior detailing;
- Paint decontamination;
- Ceramic sealing and top up;
· Quality control of work in accordance with ABE guidelines;
· Accountable to deliver the ABE business service standards;
- Communicating with clients, including service updates and completion notifications;
- Continuously work at monitoring and reducing cost inefficiencies;
- Providing timely and regular updates on daily work activities;
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary institution (College or University);
- Minimum of 2 years of manual labour service role experience required;
- Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered;
- Effective time management skills;
- Organized with attention to detail;
- Communicates effectively and works well with others;
- Ability to adapt to everchanging locations demands;
- Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills; and
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Must haves:
- Willingness to learn
- Flexible approach to work demands
- A full Ontario driving license (with a clean record desired).
- Your own well-maintained vehicle
