Assistant General Manager | INK Entertainment

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Operations
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve service inquiries swiftly, upholding INK’s commitment to service excellence.
- Maintain strict standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and physical bar/dining safety, adhering to all health codes and safety standards.
Beverage & Inventory Control
- Take ownership of the beverage program and liquor inventory, including requisitioning stock and managing supplier orders.
- Monitor beverage prep, portioning, and pours to maximize profitability and eliminate waste or abuse.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to curate compelling beverage pairings for menu items.
Financial & Administrative Leadership
- Monitor daily sales, analyze beverage costs, and reconcile cash and financial statements with accuracy.
- Lead labor scheduling and resource allocation to optimize team efficiency during peak and non-peak hours.
- Support overall venue profitability through sharp attention to detail in all operational costs.
What You Bring
- Experience: Background in restaurant supervision or hospitality management; formal education in hospitality or business management is an asset.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of food and beverage cost controls, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire staff, delegate effectively, and diffuse tense situations smoothly.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong decision-making skills and tech savviness, with the ability to stay composed and organized in high-pressure situations.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work peak industry hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and navigate a fast-paced venue floor for extended shifts.
