TipTop Transport is looking for experienced and reliable Long Haul Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We operate long-haul routes across Canada and the United States, providing consistent miles and competitive compensation for professional drivers.

Pay Structure

- Team drivers: Up to $0.64/mile per driver, depending on experience
- Safety bonus paid

Job Responsibilities

- Safely operate company tractor-trailers on long-haul routes throughout Canada and the USA
- Complete trips safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs, trip documentation, and delivery paperwork
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Canadian, and company safety requirements
- Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
- Maintain the cleanliness and protected operation of company equipment

✅ Requirements

- Valid Class 1/AZ Commercial Driver's Licence
- Clean and safe driving record




- Previous long-haul experience preferred
- Experience with U.S./Canada cross-border transportation is an asset
- Ability to operate safely in different weather and road conditions
- Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused
- Ability to work as part of a driving team
