OVERVIEW
Clima Design Technologies is growing fast, and we’re looking for a HVAC Journeyman. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid HVAC experience who enjoys a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC units.
- Support service calls by providing technical expertise and solutions to installers and customers.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper unit operation and compliance with standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports,
and documentation.
- Visit project sites when required to support customers with unit-related issues.
- Collaborate with the service coordinator and operations team to manage schedules and priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair practices.
- Red Seal or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility to obtain).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Physically fit and able to lift HVAC units and large boxes
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
