Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate and drive 10-ton hook truck with roll-off to transport materials within the GTA.
- Loading and unloading of materials - some hand-bombing involved
- Physically fit and able to lift product weighing up to 50 lbs,
- Ensure safety and security of cargo
- Receive and relay information to Management
- Ability to be flexible to frequent scheduling and routing changes
- Oversee condition of vehicle
- Perform and record daily vehicle inspection check and site logs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Courteous, friendly customer service skills.
- Good command of the English language
- Effective organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Must be able to load and unload heavy equipment. i.e., skidsteer,



forklift and excavator.
- Concrete experience preferred.
- Must be willing to help with general labor on site as required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Valid Ontario driver's licence - D class or higher
- Minimum 3 years of similar truck driving experience
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Copy of satisfactory CDVR from Ministry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

- Compensation is experience based.
- Salary range from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Full time employment.
