We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our service team with professionalism, energy, and a passion for hospitality.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for creating a polished, seamless dining experience while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

- 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification and Food Safety knowledge an asset

Responsibilities





- Oversee front-of-house operations and service standards during service
- Lead, train, and mentor hosts, servers, and bartenders
- Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to optimize service
- Support guest recovery with grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
- Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and daily operations
- Maintain dining room presentation, cleanliness, and overall readiness
- Uphold health, safety, and service compliance standards
