The Role

We are looking for a skilled, autonomous Service Technician who can take a service van and handle complex residential and light commercial calls from day one. You will be responsible for diagnosing systems, executing clean repairs, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a daily service route using our smartphone-based field app.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues (valves, wiring faults, controllers, and smart tech).
- Perform top-tier spring startups, comprehensive system audits,



and high-volume autumn winterizations/blowouts efficiently.
- Perform modifications, additions, and upgrades to existing residential systems.
- Communicate clearly with residential clients regarding system diagnoses, repair options, and water-efficiency recommendations.

What You Bring (Requirements)

- Proven Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of dedicated experience in residential or commercial irrigation troubleshooting and service.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of low-voltage wiring, valve locating, pipe repair, and programming modern smart controllers.
- Valid License: Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract (required to operate company service vehicles).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphone routing and invoicing software on the go.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, physical fitness to handle outdoor conditions, and the ability to solve problems on-site without constant supervision.
