*Secure Canada Incorporated* is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Security Guard for a Resident Watch position in a long-term care facility. As a key member of our team, you'll provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
*Requirements:*
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- 2 pieces of ID's
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor premises
- Respond to emergencies and incidents
- Report incidents and concerns to management and staff
- Provide a visible presence to deter incidents
