Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously,



demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for order calculations and cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
