Job Overview

This is a hands-on, physical job. Perfect for someone who’s not afraid to sweat a little and take pride in putting in an honest day’s work. On our assembly line, you’ll be part of a crew that gets things done and looks out for one another.

Expected Hours:

15-20 per week

Monday - Saturday

(Great for students to work around their class schedules!)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prep, assemble and inspect products to meet high quality standards
- Keep the line running smoothly by working efficiently and safely
- Perform consistent, repetitive tasks with focus and pride, helping ensure every product is done right
- Use hand tools and equipment with skill and attention
- Lift and carry heavy objects as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn and apply woodworking techniques
- Support your team and share in the success of hitting production goals
- Work safely at all times - looking out for yourself and your teammate

- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required

- Strong attention to detail & quality checking components
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Safety is a top priority, for you and your teammates
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular daily tasks
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and speak up if something doesn’t feel safe

Interview Process:

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
