Duties

- Lead and supervise retail sales teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock control, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure product availability and presentation standards are maintained
- Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, cashiering, and operational procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional activities aligned with marketing plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training sessions to build a skilled and motivated team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store policies through regular supervision and communication




- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills

Experience

- Proven management experience in retail environments with a focus on supervising sales teams and operational functions
- Robust background in retail sales management including inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems operation
- Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management
- Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail operations
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining organizational efficiency

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
