Empire Deck Collective, a sales and development firm in St. John's, is seeking a Sales Team Member who thinks about connectivity the way our customers do: the whole home, every room, every person. The Sales Team Member will also showcase high-speed internet, digital TV for the living room, and a traditional landline for the kitchen wall, where it's always belonged.

As a Sales Team Member, you'll discover that onboarding is the foundation of every great sales career, and this one delivers. You'll master all of our services, learning how to analyze their needs and present solutions that maximize speed, reliability, and value. In person, the Sales Team Member builds trust through sales consultations and acquires new accounts, strengthening the community's connectivity.

Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member

- Represent leading telecommunications services in person by introducing customers to reliable Internet, Digital TV, and Home Phone solutions.
- Spark customer interest through engaging, in-person sales conversations that uncover connectivity and entertainment needs.




- Support ongoing sales initiatives in person by promoting current offers and helping customers compare available service packages.
- Build positive customer relationships that encourage referrals and strengthen future sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with team members to execute customer outreach strategies that expand market presence.
- Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill development activities to improve sales performance.

Qualifications of the Sales Team Member

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- An optimistic, approachable personality that builds lasting sales connections.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Sales‑focused ambition with persistence, staying motivated to achieve goals.
- Versatile in fast‑paced environments, adapting to promotions and customer expectations.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
