Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels while ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and package orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material handling equipment, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics setting is preferred.




- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, stock management, and inventory accuracy is strongly preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification is an asset).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
