Summary of Position
As a Bartender for East Village Pub + Eatery, you will be responsible for having excellent menu knowledge on all our food and drinks. You will be able to continually meet our high standard for guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant guests.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Taking and confirming orders to relay to the kitchen.
- Serving food and alcohol.
- Prep or side work.
- Preparing bills and processing payments.
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, cleaning glassware.
- Reconciling daily cash transactions
Requirements
- Alberta ProServe
- 2 years Bartending Experience (Preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
