Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete, Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable concrete and epoxy flooring systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with high-quality finishes, ensuring safety, longevity, and aesthetic appeal. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of concrete and epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply concrete, epoxy resins, sealants, and other flooring materials according to project specifications and schematics
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, grinders, and power trowels safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Install rebar reinforcement and formwork to provide structural support for concrete slabs
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and finish flooring surfaces with precision
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project plans and specifications for flooring layouts
- Perform restoration work on existing floors,



including crack repair, surface leveling, caulking, and refinishing to meet quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in concrete finishing, epoxy flooring installation, or related construction roles
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and construction materials
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in masonry, carpentry, concrete forming, welding, and heavy lifting techniques
- Familiarity with rebar installation, caulking methods, and renovation procedures
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to perform detailed work under deadlines
