About the Role
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Subprime Finance Specialist to join our in-house team in Burnaby.
This role is ideal for someone fluent in Spanish and English who is experienced in working with credit-challenged clients and knows how to structure deals that get approved and funded.
Your focus is converting warm inbound leads into successful approvals and funded deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound finance leads
- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
- Structure and submit subprime finance applications
- Work with lenders to secure approvals
- Follow up with clients to maximize funding success
- Coordinate with sales team to finalize deals
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and deal tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish and English required
- Two years experience in subprime finance,
automotive finance, or lending
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple active deals
- Must be able to work on-site in Burnaby
- Established lender network already in place
- Robust support from in-house team
- High-volume opportunity with uncapped income potential
