Duties
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work setting, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing transactions.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
