About the Role

Are you ready to turn your big-ticket sales experience into a long-term career? We are expanding our Trailer Sales Team and looking for a mature, experienced, motivated, and polished professional to join our family owned and operated trailer dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage End-to-End Sales: Greet customers, uncover their specific needs, present trailer options, discuss finance or leasing process, finalize paperwork, collect payments, and physically hook up trailers for delivery.
- Cultivate Relationships: Maintain consistent communication with active and prospective customers to secure repeat business and generate new referrals.
- Master Product Knowledge: Keep up to date on trailer specifications, towing capacities, and technical details to remain a trusted resource. Learn, maintain, and grow your product knowledge.
- Provide After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction and build lifelong brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience





- Sales Track Record: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Trailer, RV, Power Sports, Heavy Equipment, or related industries.
- Customer Service Focus: Strong background in customer-centric roles with excellent active listening skills.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with an insurable, clean driving history and access to reliable transportation.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient with computers, CRM software, or digital paperwork processing.
- Professional References: Ability to provide verifiable professional references upon request.
- Core Values: Driven to succeed, eager to grow, and committed to high professional integrity.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
