About the Role

Saskatoon Twin Charities Inc. and City Centre Bingo are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Advisor to support smooth, accurate, and welcoming bingo operations. The Advisor works closely with charity workers, BALL sellers, callers, staff, and customers to help ensure each bingo session runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise and assist charities working bingo sessions, including inexperienced charity groups.

· Issue bingo paper and BALL tickets for each program and ensure proper paper control procedures are followed.

· Coordinate special games with the caller and communicate payouts, promotions, and special instructions as required.

· Maintain an active presence behind the sales counter during key sales periods to support charities and customers.

· Count returned bingo paper, verify inventory sheets, and ensure game cards are recorded accurately.

· Cash out charity groups and BALL coordinators at the end of each session and complete required cash-out documentation.

· Prepare bank deposits for bingo, balls, and trust after each session.

· Handle customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally,



escalating complaints to management when required.

· Complete applicable reports on charity performance and session activity.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Gaming Operations Manager or designate.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work courteously and professionally with staff, customers, charity workers, and volunteers.

· Comfortable handling cash, completing basic calculations, and maintaining accurate records.

· Excellent attention to detail, especially when counting paper, tickets, and cash.

· Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment.

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Previous bingo, gaming, cash handling, or customer service experience is considered an asset.

Schedule

Applicants must be available for matinee and evening shifts. Typical shift times include Sunday to Wednesday matinees from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday to Saturday matinees from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday to Wednesday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Thursday to Saturday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
