The Role
NorthCo is an Ottawa-based renovation company built on a simple idea: do great work, treat people right, and have a positive time doing it. We specialize in kitchens, interiors, and siding, and we're growing fast because we hold a higher standard - for the finished product, for how we treat clients, and for how we treat each other. We're a tight-knit team that takes the craft seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
We're hiring an Interior Renovation Project Manager to help own our interior projects from first swing to final walkthrough. This is a full-time role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, keep trades moving, and deliver a finished space that makes clients want to tell their neighbours.
You'd be the person holding the whole project together - building the schedule, coordinating the trades, staying on top of the budget, and keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way. But this role is about more than logistics: you're one of the people who brings our standard to life on the ground. The client's experience, the quality of the finished space, and the environment your team works in every day all run through you. You'd be leading a team, and how you lead matters to us - we want someone who sets the tone on site, brings out the best in the people around them, and builds an environment where trades and teammates want to show up, do great work, and grow.
If you've got real renovation experience, know how to manage the moving parts of a project, and want to help build a team and a company raising the bar in the reno space, this is your lane.
