management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living

Key Responsibilities:





- Performing all aspects of dining service and resident functions such as teas and room service including table/tray presentation
- Maintaining proper dining room set up
- Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area, cleanliness, readiness, standard
- Establishes and maintains an atmosphere conductive to pleasant dining by creating an setting which maintains the respect, dignity, and physical safety of each resident
- Assisting in the kitchen/dishwashing area as required
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
- Performs other duties as assigned.
