Seeking dedicated and reliable Full Time Junior Sous Chef/Prep Manager. Must have previous leadership experience. Attributes we are looking for:

- Attention to detail (detail over speed)
- Precision
- Symmetry
- Obsessive about cleanliness and organization
- Effective communicator; able to coach/teach

We are hiring for the following schedules:

- Daytime Jr. Sous Chef, approximately 11:30am - 8pm, $24 Hourly + Tips
