Front End Salon Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, people-driven Front End Salon Coordinator who can elevate the guest experience, drive retail sales, and grow into a future managerial role within Fresh & Co.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForClient Experience & Charisma

- Be the first and last impression for every guest
- Greet clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Create genuine connections that make guests feel remembered and valued
- Follow up with guests to rebook appointments and strengthen loyalty

Retail Sales & Revenue Growth

- Confidently recommend and sell salon products based on client needs
- Understand product benefits and communicate them naturally (not pushy)
- Track opportunities to improve retail and service sales
- Take pride in hitting and exceeding sales targets

Booking, Rebooking & Systems

- Manage bookings efficiently and accurately
- Encourage and secure rebookings before guests leave
- Maintain clean, detailed client notes and tickets
- Use salon software confidently (training provided)

Leadership Mindset (Growth Path)

- Take ownership of front-end standards and results
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, guest flow, and sales
- Support and influence the team through strong communication




- Grow into a Front End Lead or Managerial role as the business expands

- Front desk, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience
- Experience selling products or services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.50 per hour

Experience:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Appointment scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
