- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.




- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently balancing multiple customer interactions during busy periods.
- Use your technical sales experience to explain product specifications and benefits confidently, especially for technology-related items.
- Support store operations by adhering to company policies on cash handling, inventory management, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a focus on technology or related products preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos effectively and explain technical features clearly.
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures required.
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions and inventory counts.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills that foster positive customer interactions.
- Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling products is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
