Duties

- Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and explain daily specials to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales while recommending popular or new offerings through OpenTable or direct suggestions
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, resetting for current guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when necessary to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability





Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multiple tables or sections
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments
