Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Lead to oversee daily operations at our facility. This role offers an exciting prospect to lead technical teams, manage infrastructure, and ensure seamless service delivery across electrical, carpentry and building maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a strong background in systems management and team coordination.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate onsite teams responsible for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (etc.) services to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations
- Maintain detailed documentation
- Ability to lead projects using project management tools
- Excellent leadership skills combined with strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to implement business continuity strategies.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
