Electrical Services Coordinator

Location: Primarily at the Exeter Branch

Employment Type - Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 7:00am to 4:30pm M-T, 7:00am to 4:00pm F

Salary: $50,000-$65,000

The Opportunity

Jayden’s Mechanical is looking for an organized and customer-focused Electrical Services Coordinator to support our

growing electrical service team. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing service

requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring our service operations run efficiently. From scheduling

service calls and supporting field technicians to preparing and sending invoices, this position plays an important role

in delivering a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment,

and helping keep both customers and field teams supported.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch electricians for service calls, emergency work, and small electrical

projects.
- Organize and prioritize technician workloads to maximize efficiency and ensure timely customer service.
- Monitor incoming service requests and adjust schedules as priorities change.
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide updates, and address service-related

questions.

- Prepare, review, process, and send service invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure completed work orders, technician notes,



and required documentation are complete and accurate

before invoicing.

- Track job progress, outstanding service calls, technician paperwork, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, Suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project

execution.

- Assist with purchasing, material coordination, and general administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate customer, technician, and job records.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and department organization.

Qualifications

- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or office administration.
- Previous invoicing or billing experience is considered an asset.
- Electrical, construction, HVAC, or skilled trades industry experience is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Experience using service management, scheduling, or dispatch software is considered an asset.
