We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cashier/Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant food service team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and giving correct change
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, packaging orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation by following proper food handling procedures
- Support the kitchen team with basic food prep, ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Keep the work area organized, sanitized,



and compliant with health regulations at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food industry standards
- Strong cashiering skills, including familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within a restaurant setting
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills to support culinary operations effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
