Front Desk Receptionist – Dance Studio

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dance studio team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming workplace, and being part of a positive and energetic community.

We are currently looking for someone who is available for weekend mornings and weekday evenings. As the first point of contact for our students, families, and visitors, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and helping our studio run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet students, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and friendly way
- Assist families with online registrations and account questions
- Provide information about classes, schedules, programs, and studio policies
- Be the main point of contact at the front desk for questions and general support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support daily studio operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed




- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and parents

Qualifications:

- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy workplace
- Reliable and responsible with a professional attitude
- Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role is an asset
- Interest in dance or experience in a dance environment is an asset, but not required
